Charming staff, everything immaculately clean.
Wonderful small hotel for shopping. Location just next door to local library and Perth's market local market. Also, quiet in a smart area of town away from the centre. Fabulous, fantastic rooms with private terraces, very comfortable bed plus very good shower, excellent position.

I recently stayed at a charming boutique hotel in the heart of Colombo and had a truly delightful experience. The staff went out of their way to make my stay memorable, even upgrading me to a better room as it was my honeymoon. The highlight for me was the delicious Sri Lankan hoppers served for breakfast, along with a wide range of other tasty options. The hotel felt safe and secure, and the central courtyard was a calm and pretty oasis. I highly recommend this hotel for its attentive staff, fantastic food, and warm atmosphere.

The hotel's location close to the airport was very convenient for our family with kids. its proximity to the hospital came in handy in case of any emergencies. the rooms and bathrooms were spacious, and the staff provided excellent service, going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. the breakfast had a great variety, and the pool was a great advantage to have during hot afternoons.
The noise from the nearby traffic could be heard from the rooms sometimes, which was a bit bothersome.

We stayed at Maniumpathy Hotel in Colombo twice and it was an outstanding experience. the manager, Chaminda, was incredibly helpful and saved our lives on Easter Sunday by warning us not to take the train. the hotel staff were extraordinary and treated us royally, even during a state of emergency. the rooms were beautifully furnished and we particularly loved the range and Cynthia suites. the hotel's location was excellent, the food was delicious and varied, and the staff were always helpful.
We felt at home and cannot recommend this boutique hotel highly enough. Cons: Nothing at all.

This hidden gem in Colombo blew me away with its charming ambiance, colonial-style suites, and beautifully renovated bathrooms. The service was mind-blowingly excellent, and the delicious Sri Lankan and Western cuisine, including the must-try coconut ice cream, left me craving for more. Despite being centrally located, the hotel provided a peaceful oasis away from the noisy city. With top-notch amenities like free wifi, air conditioning, and a stunning outdoor dining area, my stay at this historical manor house was an unforgettable experience.

This hotel delivers exclusive luxuries in a vintage style. It provides excellent service and exceptional facilities. the room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated, equipped with all sorts of exclusive amenities. the breakfast was amazing, with a variety of dishes served in-room which made our mornings delightful. the garden area and outdoor pool are a perfect spot for relaxation.
The only minor issue that we noticed was the lack of entertainment options in the leisure room. we had an incredible time at this venue, experiencing an authentic feeling of luxury and old-world charm.

I had a unique and memorable stay at Maniumpathy. It felt like staying at a distant cousin's country house rather than a hotel. The room with the four-poster bed and outdoor en-suite bathroom was charming. The free wifi was reliable and the meals served under the veranda or in the garden were excellent. The staff was lovely and attentive, providing great service. The hotel is a beautiful oasis of tranquility in a busy city. We will definitely be back!
Do recommend this hotel.
